Outdoors
A splendid 15×5 panoramic swimming pool, with breathtaking views of Pienza and Monticchiello. Solarium equipped with sunbeds and gazebos.
Interior
On the ground floor a large lounge that can accommodate up to 100 people, ideal for events and ceremonies, a large equipped kitchen and a reading room with fireplace. On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and another living room with fireplace.

To ensure that your special day is shielded from any inclement weather, we provides a splendid indoor hall. This enchanting space offers the same magic and romantic ambiance as our gardens.
Our indoor hall is the perfect solution to ensure that your dream wedding is lovely regardless of the weather conditions.

At Villa Apparita there are 6 rooms, designed to meet the needs of comfort without sacrificing style. The decor is rustic and elegant in keeping with the Tuscan style of the villa. Antique furniture embellish rooms, made warm and welcoming by the terracotta floors and exposed beams. Each room has a private bathroom with linen and toiletry set. Equipped with heating and free wi-fi have everything you need to give you a stay of relaxation, tranquility and comfort.
All rooms are located on the first floor of the structure with panoramic views. Three bedrooms have an internal bathroom for exclusive use, two bedrooms have a shared external bathroom.
The annex in front of the Villa houses a lovely and welcoming independent apartment consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with equipped kitchen.
We collaborate with the best B&Bs and Agroturismos in Monticchiello and Pienza of which we will be happy to provide you with references. Our partners can host a maximum of 100 guests within 2 Km.
