We are not only masters in pasta making and millers, we are first of all farmers, and this is precisely what makes the difference. We take care of the entire production cycle of cereals: from the fields to the table. Visit the mill and assist the grain grinding and artisanal production of pasta. The mill is located in the suggestive Castello di Spedaletto, just 4 km away from Bagno Vignoni.

The fresh pasta laboratory is located in the Spedaletto Castle, an ancient grange which in the Middle Ages kept the wheat produced in the Val d’Orcia and offered hospitality to pilgrims traveling along the Via Francigena. During the guided tour of the mill, you will discover with your own eyes how our ancient grains are transformed into pasta, assisting in the stone grinding and bronze drawing. An experience that will show you the world of cereals, flour and pasta as you’ve never seen it before.
To conclude the visit, all you have to do is taste! You can choose between two proposals: the 11:30 visit is followed by a lunch at our very short-chain restaurant at Spedaletto Castle, the 16:00 visit is followed by a tasting in the castle garden.
