2. LA CAPPELLA DI VITALETA
Do you want to take a dip in a postcard? Ok so you just need to reach the Chapel of Our Lady of Vitaleta, one of the most famous Val d’Orcia shot. You will find it between Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia along the Provincial Road 146 of Chianciano, here GPS coordinates 43.070869, 11.634348

3. CASTIGLIONE D’ORCIA E ROCCA D’ORCIA
One of the “proud” medieval villages all gathered around the splendid fourteenth-century Rocca Salimbeni. At Rocca d’Orcia you can visit the ancient tower of Tentennano and climb it to admire the entire Val d’Orcia from the top: one of the most beautiful views.

4. SAN QUIRICO D’ORCIA
One of the best places to visit, village of ancient origins, probably even Etruscan. The beautiful castles, the Collegiate and Pieve are some of the sights to visit in San Quirico, worth a visit especially the ancient tower the and Horti Leonini, typical italian garden of XV century accesible from the main square.

6. BAGNO VIGNONI
No doubt this is one of the most charming corner of all the Val d’Orcia, on the Francigena Route, the waters that flow in Bagno Vignoni were used since Roman times: kings and popes stopped here to enjoy the benefits of thermal waters.

7. MONTALCINO

Walk among the streets of Monticchiello to the square where every summer are held performances of the renowned “Teatro Povero” of Monticchiello is really a dream.

10. CASTELLO DI SPEDALETTO
We have to mention the Castle Spedaletto among the unmissable sights of the Val d’Orcia where we are lucky to welcome our guests. Ancient refuge for travelers and pilgrims in the Middle Ages along the Francigena Route, the castle was a granary, a fortified farm, today houses our farm which takes its name from the castle and our mill with millstones that you can visit where we produce stone ground flour and pasta all strictly organic, as it was a time.
